I love Galaxy on Fire 2™. However, there is still a little room for improvement. Can I forward my ideas to the developers and will they take a look at them?

It is very important for us to receive all kinds of suggestions and ideas from our fans and fellow gamers. Without your input, it would be almost impossible for us to make Galaxy on Fire 2™ a truly epic sci-fi saga. Our development team welcomes your feedback and tries to incorporate as many of your ideas into Galaxy on Fire 2™, as well as its further instalments, as they can. If you have any clever thoughts, brilliant ideas or constructive objections, then feel free to visit our forum and post whatever you have on your mind in our “suggestions” section.

How can I transfer my Galaxy on Fire 2™ save games from one device to another?

At the moment only iPhone and iPad users can freely transfer their save games from one device to another via Open Feint. However, we’re already working on ways to enable users of other platforms and devices, such as Android, Mac and PC, to synchronize their save games as well. Hopefully the launch of iCloud will help us in this task.

To transfer your save games from your iPhone to your iPad and vice versa, you need to create an Open Feint account online and save your game to that account. You will then be able to log in to Open Feint with your other device as well and download the save game once again.

If I play Galaxy on Fire 2™ on an Android smartphone or tablet, is there a way for me to transfer my save games from one device to another as well?

Of course it is possible to save your game externally on Android devices as well. All you need to do is download a data explorer, search for the path “mnt/sdcard/Android/data/net.fishlabs.GalaxyOnFire2HD/files/GOF2/.../” and save the files “gof2_save_game_x” and “gof2_save_game_preview_x” to your SD card.

I’d like to explore the Galaxy on Fire 2™ universe as well, but I’m not sure if the game will run on my device?

Over the years, Galaxy on Fire 2™ has been ported to a huge variety of different platforms and devices. However, with thousands of different chip sets, operating systems and hardware configurations out there, it is nearly impossible for us to make our game available for every single device on the market. Hence we encourage you to take a look at our website and check whether your particular device is supported or not before you go on and purchase the game.

I have a problem with my payment! Who can I contact?

As an iOS or OSX user you should contact the Apple support in case you have any problems with your payment. Since the App Store is managed by Apple directly, there is no way for us to help you out in case you demand a refund or have any other kind of payment-related problem.

As an Android user you can always contact our support team and ask for help in all payment-related matters. If you do so, please provide us with your purchase ID and order info from the Android Market and also let us know on what particular smartphone or tablet you’ve installed the game.

I want to play Galaxy on Fire 2™ but I can’t load or install the game! What should I do now?

In most cases it helps to reset the device, clear all Galaxy on Fire 2™ data and re-install the game from scratch. If that doesn’t work for you, please feel free to contact our support and include as much information as possible in your ticket (What device do you use? What version of the game do you have? Were you able to spot any kind of pattern behind the crashes/problems, e.g. it only crashes when you enter a particular star system, etc?)
